Ever since quick silver bought the company it has been trash. The shoe quality is way way down. No breathable material. Customer service is a joke. Can't cancel an order EVER. the shoe prices are the highest around. Cancel orders without saying anything. I have nothing good to say after being an amazing customer for multiple years.

In the past i have been very critical of this company due to the issues with brexit and their complete lack of customer services, however, recently, like many of you I am a lover of their gear and thought i'd give them the benefit of the doubt and here's my opinion. I've bought a number of items in a couple of seperate orders over the past month or so and on a whole things have improved. For clothing which can be delivered from their UK distribution channels things are fast and i'm receiving orders in a matter of days however things coming from their brussels distribution centre are alot slower but not months like before. Thankfully, i've not had to call or contact their customer services so i can't comment on that but on a whole i feel there are some improvements which is allowing me the confidence in purchasing the merch again..

I ordered a pair of shoes for my bfs birthday. They were the right size but the shoes were too small. I called customer service and they helped w the return label and ordering the same shoes 1/2 size bigger. When I received the new order they were the WRONG SHOES! Completely different style and color and now too big because we ordered 1/2 size bigger and charged me twice as much! Don't waste your time w DC shoes.

Ordered shoes July 17th emailed to cancel July 18th told they could and received shipping notice July 19th, on July 27th started a formal investigation with UPS to find out where my shoes were as I was told they had been picked but UPS has no record only the same record I have, after a ton of emails back and forth with DC and siting fraud, fast forward to today and they gave me a refund. In the three weeks of waiting I bought two pairs of shoes for the same price as what DC charged me with shipping. Will never again order from them.

Ordered 2 pairs of flip flops in size 11. After waiting 3.5 weeks for them to arrive I got a size 11 and a size 6. What the heck. I called them and they said sure send back the size 6 and they will issue a refund and I can reorder them in the size 11. Well it took so long to get them that the size 11 is now sold out so that's not helpful. Then they want ME to pay for the shipping to send them back, which will cost more then the shoe. I'm not the one that made the mistake. They sent me the wrong size. They should be covering the cost of the shipping. So now I'm out the cost of the shoe and have shoes that don't even fit or fit anybody I know and they refuse to do anything about it. I will NEVER order from them again. Any other company would have shipped it back on their dime since they made the error. I cannot believe the customer service. I'm a very understanding person, I worked many years in retail/customer service but this experience was the worst. I'm just shocked that they refuse to do nothing for me when the mistake was their fault.

I wish I had checked trustpilot before buying from these amateurs. Placed order on the 22/7/22, website states delivery in 7 to 10 days. It’s been almost two weeks now and my order is yet to be handed to the courier.
It took multiple emails to get a repose from their pathetic customer service who ignored my question and simply told me to keep an eye on my tracking number despite not even having one. Buy from these clowns at your own risk. I certainly will never buy from them again.

Edit to add update: still not received my order. Contacted courierDPD who informed me they have not been given my parcel/order, that they have only received the shipping details to date. Have tried contacting DCshoes via their website and social media platforms, all of which have been ignored. Even tried ringing the phone number on their website +44 808 164 1432 (video recorded this for evidence) several times and you just get cut off. Will now be contacting trading standards and my banks fraud dept

Don't order from their website.
The delivery should take 7 to 10 days but in reality one should be lucky if they get to post it in that time.
The costumer service is worthless and when the excuses don't do the job simply stop answer to simple question where is my order and why is not shipped yet.

Awesome durable shoes! And extremely comfortable. But order these shoes through a secondary source. I say that because the company “DC” doesn’t truly value costumer service. I ordered mine from Amazon. And got them in 2 days and love these shoes!
